I ordered this product for my friend who's dog passed away recently. Dangle It did a free mock up of several photos I sent them. My friend's head looks like part of it was cut off but it's how my picture looked.
The cardboard material is very thick and will last forever.
It arrived in thick cardboard the size of the product which I appreciate minimal packaging and plastic was used.
Making and shipping took awhile but I'm very pleased with the product and didn't need it immediately so it didn't bother me.

I would have given more stars if your shipping was more transparent. I chose the rush shipping. I know it an estimate, but if it will not arrive on time, Dangle should reach out and inform the customer. My last order was a Father’s Day gift and was not on time, although I was still waiting, thinking it would arrive on time. I like the product and this was my second order, but unsure if I’ll order again.
