Upload Your Photo
Upload a photo of your favorite person, pet, or whatever you'd like! While we currently only offer the ability to upload one photo per custom air freshener, if your photo features multiple subjects, we'll be sure to include all of them in your design, unless otherwise noted in your cropping instructions!
Review Proof(s)
Soon after your order is placed, we'll crop your photo(s) based on the cropping instructions that you selected. Once we have completed your design(s), you'll receive an email from us prompting you to review your proof(s).
Dangle It
Once your design is approved, we'll continue crafting your custom air freshener, based on your item's specifications, and ship it out as soon as possible. Hang your custom air freshener from your rear-view mirror, and enjoy the sweet smell of something made just for you.
Size & Dimensions
The size of our custom air fresheners varies based on the aspect ratio of the cropped image and max out at 3.25" x 4.00".
Double-Sided Printing
We offer industry leading print quality and apply the image to both sides of the custom air freshener. In order to maintain the custom shape of the item, the image will be mirrored on one side.
Long-Lasting Scents
Each air freshener is designed to release a refreshing fragrance for 1-2 weeks, depending on the environment. If left unopened, our custom air fresheners will last a few months.
Packaged & Sold Individually
Unlike most other companies, we do not have a Minimum Order Quantity and package/sell our custom air fresheners individually.
Turnaround Time
Due to the extensive customized made-to-order nature of our items, the amount of time that an order takes to be shipped depends on our order volume at the time that an order is placed. With that being said, you can view the "Est. Delivery Date" for orders placed today just above the "Add To Cart" button. Please note that the date provided is simply an estimate, as it is against our policy to guarantee a delivery date, due to the various factors that can impact turnaround time, due to the highly customized, made-to-order nature of our items, as well as the shipping courier’s handing of shipments.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping methods : USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipping method selection simply affects the method in which your order is shipped and does not impact your order's turnaround time, as all orders are produced in the order that they are received and we do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping method selection, delivery address, and order weight, but is usually between $4.00-$6.00.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan on offering it soon. Feel free to sign up for our email list at the bottom of our site to receive a notification when we begin offering international shipping.

So, if you are not completely satisfied with the scent that you selected during checkout, you can request a free replacement within 7 days of your order's delivery date.
