I'm giving 5 stars for the excellent quality of the photo reproduction. This is truly a fun gift. I ordered 2 different doggy Dangles as a Christmas gift but unfortunately, my items did not arrive until the first week of January. Hopefully, during the next holiday season, they will have worked out a better plan to handle volume so orders placed 3-4 weeks before Christmas are not delayed.

I recently purchased the "Dangle It" air freshener, designed with a pet's face on it, as a gift. The product itself was fantastic—the image was sharp and a perfect match to the photo I submitted with my order. The recipient absolutely loved it and it was a big hit. For the product quality alone, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation.
However, my experience with the order fulfillment was disappointing. The order was heavily delayed and did not arrive in time for Christmas, which was quite frustrating. Due to this significant delay, I would give the fulfillment aspect just 1 star.
Overall, while the product is top-notch and highly recommendable, the company needs to address its fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery for future customers.

Placed my order for two items, I waited 3 weeks and decided to reach out as I wanted to receive it before Xmas. The customer service rep replied and said that the quality of my items needed to be revised but assured me that they would have this fixed and shipped so that I would receive my items by Xmas. That holiday came and went, they stopped replying, another 3 weeks go by before the same rep finally replied again without offering any form of refund for setting false assurances and I finally received my order after 6 weeks. The product quality was standard, nothing great. Will not purchase through them again given the amount of other options out there.

Very disappointed that I placed the order almost a month before Christmas and got an email on 12/11 that my order would ship 12/12-12/16. With arrival by 12/23!! However, it did not arrive until 1/3/25.
My daughter was home from Spain, for whom this was a gift, and to mail it her is an additional $15. There is no reason it should have taken so long. If you knew orders were so backed up, why would you use USPS rather than UPS or FedEx which would have ensured a much quicker delivery!

The item itself it beautiful. The picture is great quality and it smells nice. I am very disappointed in the communication during the shipping process. It was ordered for Christmas but the items were received after January 7. My opinion is that the company did not plan well for Christmas and was not able to handle the influx/volume of orders. I will order from the company again but will make sure to allot enough time for shipping if its a Christmas gift.

Love how the air fresheners turned out! My only complaint would be that it took a long time for the item to ship…my order said that it was prepared for a couple of weeks before it actually shipped. I emailed customer service and they gave me the excuse of it being the hoslidays (which I understand), but I ordered the product in November and I didn’t receive it until sometime after Christmas. I would still order the product, but I would just keep in mind that it may take a while to receive it.

Spent over $40 on a few air fresheners just for them to take over a month to show up. Order placed Dec 2nd to be "stocking-stuffer" gifts. Products weren't delivered until Jan 3rd. Everyone's gone home, I'm not going to start sending them out to the various family members because Dangle-it couldn't get their stuff together. Product sent back and asked for my money back. Never using Dangle-it again.

Don’t buy from this company! I submitted the photo of my cat - they used a different cat for my “custom” air freshener. I contacted the company for a replacement and submitted the claim, their customer service rep said they would make it right - 3 weeks later, they haven’t even acknowledged my submission. I emailed them looking for a status and no response. Poor business practice and disappointing product.

It’s a shame because this was my second time ordering and I loved my first order and recommended to everyone. I was even charged extra to receive my order in time for Christmas which I was happy to do so, but to not actually receive the full order and to get no response from the numerous emails, I’m so disappointed.

This company promotes turnaround times that they knowingly cannot deliver. Ordered 11/30 with a ship date of 12/12. When I inquired several days before Christmas, the reply was the demand was overwhelming and my order would be shipped the next week. If that were true, they would have known when my order was placed OR updated the status of my order which reflected the same ship date of 12/12 all along.

The actual item is super cute and decent quality. I had ordered previously in 2023 and loved it. My only reason for lower stars is because I ordered in November 2024 and it was estimated to arrive before Christmas. I randomly checked the order portal a week or so before Christmas only to see a notification that my purchase - which was already out of production and was waiting to ship - would essentially sit until after Christmas. That was for more than a week. After Christmas, I finally messaged asking when it would ship and magically, I got an email saying it was "scent" the next day. Super disappointed in the whole interaction. Just be leery of ordering near the holidays. It was a shame. I absolutely would have recommended them before this.

• 1 star for no refund. (They "guaranteed" their product, but then don't respond when you want a refund or at least a discount.)

It only gets 1 star because they were decent quality. But I bought them over a month ago giving plenty of time for them to be delivered before Christmas. And once the est deliver date came and went I heard nothing but crickets from this company it took me reaching out to them for them to send me a generic email saying that the holidays made them busier than they thought and order should be to me shortly. No new estimated shipping date, nothing. And when I responded asking for a refund since the product wouldn’t get here till well after Christmas I heard yet again crickets. Still haven’t heard back from them until one day I randomly receive an email that my order has shipped. THREE weeks after the original shipping date. I was surprised I ever got them. Fun idea, but I recommend going with a different company to do them. They still haven’t responded to my refund email or anything to this day.

I love the Air freshener, but unfortunately I ordered on November 30th and was promised upgraded shipping to get it by Christmas the label was made on Dec 18th and didnt mive till after Christmas as it was a Christmas gift and was very late. And it did not come till January 3rd, my emails were unanswered, still from December 20th to 27th till I received the product. And they are still not answered.

I love your Dangle product, and the photo's turn out beautifully. The only thing I'd change (and the reason I didn't give you 5 stars) is the scent. I had chosen pine as the scent for all of my Dangles, thinking it would be the most commonly pleasant for people, but it's the worst smelling pine scent I've ever smelled. Some of the recipients are waiting for the scent to dry out/go away before they hang their Dangles in their car. I don't know about the other scent options, but 100% of the people I gave Dangles to this Christmas really didn't like the scent. Thought you should know. Love your work. Thank you.

The shipping took longer than expected but it was during Christmas so it was expected. The product itself is great! I would definitely buy again. The new car scent smells more floral than anything, so next time I'll chose a different scent. If you're on the fence about ordering, let me tell you it is worth it.
