Return Process

All replacement/refund requests must be submitted via the “Request Replacement/Refund” section of our order portal (https://orderlookup.dangleit.com/).

Return Window

All replacement/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Please note that “the order’s delivery date” is the date that the order is stated to be delivered, according to the order’s tracking link.

Requirements

Rather than sending your item(s) back to us, we require you to cut each item that you’d like replaced/refunded in half and provide a photo. A single photo showing that all items that you’d like replaced/refunded have been cut in half is must be provided in your request submission, in order for us to approve your replacement/refund request.

Exceptions (Order Lost In Transit)

If an order has not been delivered, according to its tracking link, and its tracking link has not shown any progress for more than 7 consecutive days, the order will be deemed “Lost In Transit” and the customer will be elligble to request Free Replacement of 100% Refund via our order portal (https://orderlookup.dangleit.com/).

Our Decision

Replacement/refund request typically take 3 business days to review. While this timeframe may vary, feel free to contact us, if your request has been pending for more than 3 business days. We encourage you to hang onto your items until you have received confirmation that your replacement/request has been approved.

Exclusions

Gift cards, scent samples, and/or orders that have a total order quantity of 25 units or more are final sale and are not eligible for a replacement/refund. Additionally, orders totaling $0.00, including replacement orders, are not eligible for a replacement/refund/

Replacements

If you select the “Replace Items(s)” option, and your request is approved, a replacement order will be created. When submitting your request, you’ll be able to change the scent, crop, and/or photo of your item(s) that make up your replacement order.

Refunds

If you select the “Refund Item(s)” option, and your request is approved, a full refund for each item selected to be refunded will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, as these funds are used to purchase the shipping label for your order.

Tracking States Delivered, But Hasn’t Arrived

If your order’s tracking link states that the shipment was delivered, but it never arrived, sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. We recommend allowing 48 hours for your package to appear, as it might just be delayed. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, just contact us, and we'll take the next steps to help you track it down.

Order Arrived Missing Item(s)

Sometimes orders are shipped in separate packages. If that’s the case, the missing items should arrive within a couple of days of the original shipment. We recommend allowing 48 hours for your package to appear, as it might just be delayed. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, just contact us, and we'll take the next steps to help you track it down.

Our Right of Refusal

Dangle It reserves the right to deny/reject any replacement/refund requests, even if all requirements are met.

Turnaround Time

Due to the extensive customized made-to-order nature of our items, the amount of time that an order takes to be shipped depends on our order volume at the time that an order is placed. With that being said, you can view the "Estimated Delivery Date" for orders placed today just above the "Add To Cart" button here (custom air fresheners) and here (wholesale orders).

Estimated Ship Date

After an order is placed, you'll be able to view your order's "Estimated Ship Date" via your order portal here. Please note that the date provided is simply an estimate, as it is against our policy to guarantee a ship date, due to the various factors that can impact turnaround time, due to the highly customized, made-to-order nature of our items.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping methods : USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Please note that your shipping method selection simply affects the method in which your order is shipped and does not impact your order's turnaround time, as all orders are produced in the order that they are received and we do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping method selection, delivery address, and order weight. Free shipping may apply to US orders $35+.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan on offering it soon. Feel free to sign up for our email list at the bottom of our site to receive a notification when we begin offering international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

We will be sure to send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, as soon as your order is shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error with your address, please contact us immediately at support@dangleit.com, and we’ll do our best to make any necessary adjustments before shipping.
